99% of client feedback over the past three months has been positive and 100% of that positive feedback has been about you. Certain feedback from touring clients has indicated that our Melbourne crew has been the best around the country, which is an indication of your professionalism. Indeed you can hold your heads high knowing that you are true professionals in the event support industry.
The Standards that you have upheld over the past months – bringing tools to work and carrying them on you at all times and displaying neat appearance with your polo shirts tucked in – has underpinned our client’s first impressions of you when they arrive onsite. Your experience, skill and work ethic completes the equation as to why some clients are now expressing that Melbourne Showies stand out as professional crew.
As word spreads and our reputation in Melbourne again rises to the heights expected by Show Support and that of our Managing Director, David Neil, Melbourne crew will be able to earn incomes more than any other event support crew in the country, as has happened in other cities with many of our top Showies earning over $85,000 last financial year.
SHS high standards and your work ethic will incentivise clients to enable our Top 15 Melbourne crew to achieve top salaries for themselves if they so desire.
Our Leadership Team comprises Ben Dewhurst, William Powel, Lachlan O’Conner and Jonathon Murray and continues to forge ahead, upholding the very high standards that we have set for our Melbourne team. These individuals are my leaders in the field. They are your team captains and they have made a commitment to both you and Show Support, to uphold the standards that we have laid down. Their continued feedback and efforts outside the usual scope of work is a driving factor toward setting the Melbourne arm of Show Support apart from the rest of the entire crewing industry. Give them a thank you next time you see them, as chances are they have spoken highly of you at some stage for you to be standing in the top 15.
As I look down the list at my Top 15, I see dedication, experience, willingness to learn, indomitable spirit, sense of humour, perseverance, friendliness, appreciation, good attitude and loads of skill sets. On top of all of that, I see a solid bunch of reliable workers that would be an asset to any job and that I’d be proud to work alongside of.
